I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute because a family member passed away so I can't speak to their rental ability. My great experience came with getting a gift certificate for my reschedule when they didn't have to do that. They could have kept my $300 because they have a 7-Day no cancellation policy, but they're working with me to get rescheduled and keep my money, you don't find very often in a business they have a heart and I really appreciated it

Lifelong camper, but never in an RV. Will definitely do it again.

However, the RV I rented could’ve been cleaner and there were a few safety issues, especially the driver side, front tire!

The vehicle was not properly inspected and prepped for our rental experience. Just after pick up we noticed one flat tire and one low. We requested the water tank be half full and later in our drive learned there was zero water. Lastly the generator battery died about two hours into our trip. Thankful a parts supply was open for us today replace it. These incidents set out on way trip back about 4 hours.

It was nice that I got a discount on my trip by calling. Pick up process was nice and easy. A few small bad things: I did email them asking them to rent a sleeping kit and was never responded to. Check out process from the local shop was not good. They lost my contract and almost made me miss my flight. During the checkout process as well, you are supposed to return with the valves on the water tanks pulled out, which I didn't do, because I didn't use them at all. They made me leave, "empty the tanks" and pull the valves off property. They were very nice people but it was painful to get out of there.

Made a reservation 6 months ahead of time. Original pickup location closed 3 months out and was changed to very inconvenient location. After resolving that issue I called pickup location 2 weeks out and they couldn’t gaurantee my reservation as they were overwhelmed with transferee pickups for that date. Called customer service and they said to check back in another week. I lost all confidence and canceled my reservations and made other plans!! B

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to work, but the representative was very helpful and pleasant. He was quick in pulling up our info and confirming the reservation. We were on the phone briefly and he was able to cancel our reservation without issue. We will definitely be booking again for a future trip.

The customer service saved our experience. Everyone at the location and over the phone was very helpful. The downside is the sensors in our RV were faulty. The black tank said empty, then jumped to full; there was no other level(it didn't read half, just full and empty). We constantly checked the fresh water tank, and that sensor was off, too; it was reading full, and we were actually low on water. Before we left, we knew the propane sensor wasn't correct, but we thought that was the only one. Inside the RV, it read empty, but the external gauge read full. We struggled to get the black tank dumped because of our location and the time, we were expecting it to still be empty so it was super frustrating when we arrive at our location and no one can use the restroom and there was no fresh water. And somehow the gray tank stayed "empty". On top of constantly checking the unreliable levels, our refrigerator didn't get cold; we had to store everything in the freezer or ice chest. These may seem like minor inconveniences, but they were still inconveniences to our trip. But again, the customer service was patient over the phone and in person before and after our rental they listened and were very helpful. We're open to renting again but hopefully without the extra stress.

The rep was awesome and helped us out with deals.

Non-functional AC one day, no help to resolve that issue, poor customer service, no credit honored that was promised for faulty AC, charged late fee when promised we would not be.

I had to change my reservation until the spring of 2024. Bryan at CruiseAmerica was great in helping me during all phone calls. A class act.

everything was great easy and efficient checkin and out camper worked great.
